Christine
Cope is a board certified
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
NP’s are registered nurses who are
prepared, through advanced education and clinical training, to provide
preventive and acute health-care services to individuals of all
ages.
Today’s NPs are required to have obtained a Master’s Degree in
Nursing before they sit for Board Certification examinations.
Christine
has over 20 years of obstetric nursing background, and is certified by
the
National Certification Corporation for the obstetric and nursing
specialties in
Inpatient Obstetrics.
She has also been selected as a member of the
nursing scholastic honor society Sigma Theta Tau; and is a member of
the
Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, a
national
nursing organization dedicated to advancing the health status of women
and
infants.
Christine is married with five grown sons.
